day running lights can be switched on or off.
put the lightswithch on side lights.
switch ignition key to position II
pull main beam lever towards you.
turn lightswitch to 0
the day running light should be off if not try again. _________________ volvos S60R rule the roads |

Hi Kev
If your 850 is like mine then there should be a little screw head below the main light switch. If you turn this you get different options, 3 I think, for the lights one being off until you turn them on.

Only applies to 2000 and up I believe.
Certainly doesn't work on my 98/99  |

my t4 is a phase 1 model but one of the last 2000 models but has the phase 1 half t4 engine which is the best to moddify _________________ volvos S60R rule the roads |

well ive picked the car up and i got to say im well happy with it drives very nice . its also nice and quiet there are a few little probs but will sort them out as soon as i can
oh yea the car its a
volvo 850 estate 2.5 auto 1996/N green
will get some pics as soon as i can |
